How do you practice shooting under pressure?

I am coaching my children shooting. They are doing well but when they are being put under pressure the power and accuracy of their shots decreases. How can we improve this?

Try to choose or create drills which are match-like sitsuations.

Make defenders to help attackers train this action by giving them directions as to defend at half power and have the shot delivered till full action defending movements.

Always use defenders when shooting at the goal.
