Description

    Drill Set-Up:Players line up on centre; move out to play play strokes amd recovery back to centre (touch cones) then move out to play second ball.Topic of Emphasis:Players should take quick adjusting steps and as they get closer to ball smaller quicker steps should be taken just prior to contact.Coach dictates the side.Variation:Players can alternate the direction of the shots.Balls can be hit high or deep by the coach.
