Coaching older players? Don't worry - This Fun Tag Session can be used by players of all levels - if you're not coaching beginners then you can all you need to do is change the tag exercises to contact drills... Simple!
Opening with everyone's favourite game, Bulldog, this session then quickly skips past its man to work on speed and finding space before finally dropping its shoulder and sprinting past its man to finish with a fun mini-game of 5 vs 5.
