Indoor Hockey
Practices that could be adapted for indoor hockey, Part 1 of 3
The following practices are drawn for outdoor but can easily be adapted
for indoor and will enforce some important indoor hockey principles
in to your players.
- Players should try and score via one of there team mates
- Play low to the ground
- Play fast
- Learn to play in confined spaces
- Keep possession
- Score from the mistakes of the opposition
