Abdominal Crunch, Core Strength Agility

Description

    An exercise concentrating on the abdominals

Coaching Points

  • Lie on the floor with your knees bent
  • Ensure your lower back is flat to the ground
  • Keep your head in line with yor neck
  • In a controlled fashion crunch your sternum towards your pelvis
  • Keep the contraction on for the entire repitition
